Is your stock in-store different from online? Yes, you'll find some items that are showcased online don’t appear in-store. Also, just because an item is out of stock online doesn’t mean it’s unavailable in-store, and vice versa.

Can I return or exchange an item at any store?
Yes, you're welcome to return or exchange your purchase at any of our six Queensland locations, regardless of which store you originally bought it from. We also accept and process online returns in-store, so there's no need to submit your return through our online portal if you're exchanging it in person.

Do all stores stock size 6 to 26?
Yes! All six of our stores carry our full size range from 6 to 26, so you'll find the same gorgeous styles no matter which store you visit!

How often do new arrivals come in?
We drop new styles every Tuesday, so it's always worth popping in (or checking online) to see what's fresh!

Do you offer AfterPay in-store?
Yes, AfterPay is available at all our stores for easy, flexible payments.

Can I check stock at a specific store before I visit?
Definitely, just give the store a quick call and the team will happily check availability for you.
