Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be shipped same day*.
Orders placed outside of these times, on a weekend, or during a public holiday will be shipped next business day.

*Please note: There may be a delay dispatching your order same day during sale events or after public holidays. We ship all orders on a first in basis; however, if your order is urgent, please contact us to see if we can have your order shipped on our next courier collection.

All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery (subject to COVID regulations). If you would like authority to leave your order in a safe place, please email with your order number. We take no responsibility for lost or stolen orders that have been left in a safe place.

We collect 15% GST for New Zealand orders and pay this amount to the Inland Revenue Department, as required for international exporters to NZ.

International customers may be required to pay sale tax, customs fees and/or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ with each country. Orange Sherbet is not responsible for these additional costs during the shipment of your order. Please refer to your local customs office for any applicable charges that may arise during shipment. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Additional Information

  • Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number and your tax invoice. If you do not receive this email, please let us know and we can have it resent. The email address used to place your order will be used to communicate any tracking updates.
  • If you have made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to fix up the issue before your order is shipped. Our couriers collect parcels throughout the day, so we cannot guarantee that any amendments will be actioned prior to shipping.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they are sent.
  • If your shipping address is a company, please ensure that you include the company name within the address field. Australia Post may not be able to deliver to commercial addresses if the company name is not listed.
  • If your order is returned to sender due to an incomplete address or failure to collect from the post office within 10 business days, you will be charged the Australia Post return to sender fee of $15, as well as the flat rate cost to reship your order to your location. Free shipping is voided upon return to sender.
  • If you have any issues with the delivery of your parcel, please contact with your name and order number and we can follow up with our couriers.
