At Orange Sherbet we love all of our collections & we hope you do too! If you wanted to make a return, Orange Sherbet is happy to offer an online credit for items that are returned within 30 days of purchase. Store credits are valid for 12 months from issue. Please keep in mind we DO NOT offer refunds on simply change of mind or wrong size selection.

The item/s MUST be in their original condition with no makeup stains, perfume odours, missing tags and have not been worn or washed. If an item/s is returned to us with missing/ removed tags, stains, odours, damaged or outside the returns period it will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense. Orange Sherbet reserves the right to refuse the return of an item if we believe it not to be in the original condition as when it was shipped.

 We do not provide refunds for simple change of mind or wrong size selection.

  • All clothing can be returned for an online credit within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
  • Online credits can be used to purchase another size or completely different item. We are unable to hold stock for exchanges.
  • All promotions are voided upon return of an item.
  • Credits are the value paid for the item/s only and do not include postage.

If you wish to return your order placed with AfterPay, Lay Buy & ZipPay, please follow the same return conditions & you will be issued an online store credit once our team have received/accepted your returned items. Continue to pay your balance off in the normal payment schedule to Afterpay, Lay Buy or ZipPay. We do not cancel AfterPay, LayBuy or ZipPay payments if you choose to send back your order.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please refer to the Australian Consumer Law for more information.

 

WHERE TO SEND YOUR RETURN

Simply fill out the returns form you received with your order, ensure you include all information. Then send both the form and the item/s back to;

The customer is responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item/s to Orange Sherbet. It is advisable to return the package via a traceable postage service. Orange Sherbet will not be liable for any lost returns. When using a store credit Orange Sherbet will only ship orders free if your order total is $50AUD or over on Aus order or $150AUD or over on NZ order after the credit has been applied.

DO NOT RETURN TO SENDER RETURN PARCEL. If you choose to return to sender your parcel, you will incur the $10 AusPost return to sender fee.

 

IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY OR YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM

Please contact our customer service team with your order number within 7 days of receiving the parcel at returns@orangesherbet.com.au or call 07 3283 5969 EXT 3.

Orange Sherbet does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear & tear. Orange Sherbet reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.

Once we have received the faulty return, we will ship your replacement back to you asap. If you do not wish to keep the same item, this is considered a change of mind and a store credit will be issued. If we are unable to provide you with the same item, you will be given the choice of store credit or a refund. Refunds will only be provided when these options are unavailable in accordance with Fair Trading policies.
